The APC brings to life the community of parents. Want to meet new people, share your ideas, give a hand? You can get involved in any way you like! From time to time or regularly, whatever suits you best.
President
Working closely with the Secretary, the president is in direct contact with the management and administration of the CFBL, with the board and institutions (Consulates, associations, other establishments, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the association fulfils its missions
- Represent the parents at School Councils, Consular Scholarship Council, School Plan meetings, inter-school meetings, cooperation with the FSF, discussions and exchanges with the CFBL
- Manage alongside the Treasurer, the association funds
- Lead and provide support to the volunteers
General Secretary
Together with the President, the secretary compiles information, answers parents questions, organises meetings, ensures the creation of ad hoc teams for each project she supervises. She/he has a transversal vision of the whole activity of the association.
Fundraising leader
You will be responsible for developing and organising our fundraising activities.
Healthy tea leader
The Healthy Tea leader is responsible for setting up and coordinating a team of volunteers to prepare healthy snacks for Friday afternoon. (1 hour per week)
Occasional volunteers
From helping with room set-up, writing, reviewing to holding a stand during a fair or searching for lots, your help is precious. You can get involved in any way that you find suitable!
